Yes filling or rather refilling a plastic liner seems at the very least problematic . I've reused them for water but probably as much got spilt as actually went in , not something I'd want happening with my wine. Also once out of their box the liners seem a tad vulnerable for storing anything precious.

I did say bags were hit and miss. The ones I've reused have had removable taps, so they could be easily refilled. But again, I'd only ever use them for kit wine.
