Writing for the Guardian, The Ecologist, Ethical Living....

Post: # 152500Post Andy Hamilton »

It's been a little busy of late and I have managed to get work published all over the place and I thought I would share with you where I have been published.

So to check out what I have said about making your own compost bin go to the Guardian Website.

I have also written a thing in this monthsEcologist (page 66) all about getting rid of pests naturally.
Then a herbal ale article in Home Farmer magazine. I am lucky enough to have secured a monthly column on organic budget gardening in Organic Home and Garden Magazine and I am very proud of my article on urban foraging for Ethical Living magazine. On top of that I am writing a wild food column in Flavour, a food magazine that goes out in South west UK.
And watch this space for news on an impending column for a gardening magazine. So you might see why I have not been around the forum too much of late.

The Guardian, Andy?? Wow, that's very grown-up!!

It's lovely that you're doing all this though - see, we can all say 'oh, we know him' when you're famous..... I hope you still remember us when lizzie gives you an MBE (or other such appropriate honour) in a few years.....

Move over Jamie Oliver - let Andy show you how it's REALLY done!
The more people I meet, the more I like my garden

Is the Garden on a Budget feature in Kitchen Garden yours too? No pics of the writer but two Andy Hamiltons doing similar things would be a huge coincidence

No coincidence that's me. Organic Home and Garden unfortunately folded and Kitchen Garden took some of it's writers. I am also writing for garden answers regularly at the moment.

Yay! Well done you! Now that you are really famous should we have the signed first edition of the Bible separately insured??

Yes I had that bloke from flog it look at a copy and you should indeed have it insured, unfortunately and unsigned copy is now worth more than a signed copy.

I shall be looking for insurance methinks...

Nik saw your article in a smallholding magazine, and apparently ran around the room saying 'i know him! I've met him!'.
