Well done SE - it was my fave photo so I'm really glad you won.

I'm also pleased that Gollum came 2nd as he is my husband! Yeah I know he doesn't post much but he's been to a number of Ish get togethers so he's pretty much an Isher and hears all the Ish goss from me anyway, whether he likes it or not.

Well done, SE. Methinks if you want to win more you need to enter more photographic competitions.

Definately deserved winners, love them.

Thats what I want for my 40th Birthday, some money or tokens to buy a camera.

Out of interest, what do people recommend for this sort of thing? Appreciate its a personal choice, I am thinking 10mp Rikoh SLR?

No I won't use a smiley because I've decided to turn into Boboff, as he's turned all nice all of a sudden. Grumble grumble.

Can't help you Boboff, as long as it's digital and has an automatic point and shoot button that's all I care about! Why don't you start a new thread asking this question cos I think you will get more (sensible  ) response that way.

Excellent photos and a deserved winner. (Although I have to confess to not realising there was a photo competition until I saw Silver Ether's Fantastic Book thread. I'm afraid my eyes just slide past the announcements and never take them in. )
