Naaah - I've already got your book, Andy, as you know. Just in case you're wondering, though, and if you haven't already redirected things ...

My nomination (it WAS serious :lol: ) of Boboff already has a prize because of MMM's nomination. If you need an alternative, I think it has to be Big Al - his weight-loss thread is inspirational (and that comes from a skinny bloke).
