just been out foraging come back with
rose petals
rose mary
lavender
and lots of wild plums
seams to be a good year for the wild plum around here
tree are loaded but not all ready yet must rember to go out next week

what have you found latley

Had my first blackberry today, very nice it was too - very early though. Cherry plums are ready, as are cherries. Been a little obssesesed with lime blossom this year, had some immature hazlenuts too and some walnuts that I pickeled. Pine needs turned into cordial (see booze for free when its out) and covered in vinegar to make balsamic vinegar.

Oh and mustard flowers, rocket, chives.... probally somethings I forgot.
