mushroom foray
Does anyone in the north yorkshire area want to get together in the upcoming mushroom season, to forage at a local wood sharing knowledge and identifng safely edible mushrooms, i have a little knowledge of what i pick and eat but i would like to learn more plus share what i know, of course if we find other things to forage thats great, i thought it would be nice to get to know any ishers in my area

That sounds like a good idea, probably a bit of a way for me to travel though I'll keep an eye out for where it is. The mushroom season may be a little early this year judging by the stinkhorn that's popped up around here last week.

You could be right but i'll keep an eye out around my local woods, it would be nice to arrange something so we all don't have to travel to far
