Reduce, reuse, recycle, REFUSE?

I thought that there were four Rs but there you go.

If you mean refuse i.e. say no,as opposed to reuse i.e. rubbish, couldn't agree more.

Did you mean re-purpose? Don't think it is a real word yet but getting used a lot, probably a U.S. import.

I think it's refuse as in don't take what's offered, don't buy just to keep up with the Jones's...

Yes I did mean refuse as in saying No.

Like "no thanks I don't want a bag". Like "no thanks I don't want a receipt for something costing 30p". Like "no thanks, I really don't see the need for a telly even if you think I'm missing the soaps".

Ha - I know that one... But I'm sure we'll find a cheap/free one for you, you don't have to go without... Nevermind what I actually want!

Can we add Rebel to the name then ina

I've enough to do being sort of selfsufficientish without having to put up with a telly. A telly must be the one invention of an idle society.

Theoretically a good idea - but it doesn't fit in with the alliteration...

It's possible to rename this area, but I'm not at all sure whether or not that would mean that all posts associated with the old name would disappear. I don't think that would happen, but I'll check with He Who Knows All.

I think I was still asleep at that time this morning - certainly in no fit state to post on a forum (not that that generally puts me off)
