another Chocolate Cake recipe
Fat free yummy Vegan Chocolate Cake
50 grams of Green and Blacks cocoa
150 grams Organic Self Raising Flour
150 grams Organic brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tin of prunes (pitted)
A drop of vanilla essence
Drain the prunes, and then mix all the ingredients (should be fairly moist- so gradually add the prune juice but it shouldn’t be sloppy! Sorry this isn’t too precise I'm a bit of an intuitive cook!)
Pour in to 2 greased sandwich tins, cook on gas Mark 5 for about 20 mins or until firm.
I usually make a topping using a bar of melted Green and Blacks chocolate (whatever flavour is your favourite!) mixed with some icing sugar to thicken.
This cake is yummy, sweet and keeps you regular!! ♥
