Is that a lasagne made with haggis contents instead of minced beef? If so ,it sounds great.I once made one using kippers(honest) and it was really nice,I've never told the Italian in laws though.

Yeah we had a tin of haggis(!) in the store cupboard so bunging it in the slow cooker with some onions, soya mince, stock etc and will then use as minced beef! Inspiration struck last night at the community firework display where haggis pie was being served (I opted for stovies)

Ah.... but have you tried the west highland haggis that has the two short legs on one side and eats mainly heather? Now that IS tasty!

You just have to block out the ingredients you know are in there

Haggis at least is nutrious and healthy (unlike such things as aerosol cheese, chittlins and the whole fried turkey)! :pukeleft: :pukeleft: :pukeleft: :pukeleft: :pukeleft:

Well my haggis lasagne went down a treat and I will be making it again. Some Indian restaurants in Scotland now offer haggis pakora, has anyone tried this?
