Recipes for FAST days of FAST diet?

A friend is coming to visit who is doing the FAST diet. What are some good places to find recipes for the two low calorie days? I have turned up a couple of recipes, but due to other meanings of the word, I mostly turned up discussions about fast food places or recipes that can be made in 15-30 minutes.

Hoping others have come across forums for these recipes.
