Even worse than plain dried mango... Definitely one for the Christmas present list.

Last Christmas I made some chocolate apricots for a friend - dried apricots stuffed with a little marzipan and dipped in dark chocolate. I managed to give most of them away...

Still - a lot better than any of that Nestle or Cadbury stuff that one always gets given!

Ah yes - I think prunes are seriously underrated, anyway! I see we think along the same lines...

(My friend doesn't like alcohol, though - so that would be one I'd be forced to eat on my own... )
