1. Of course I was lying.
2. I don't give a crap about the environment really, I just want to get the green vote.
3. Actually perhaps America are wrong on this one
4. Stuff how much tax payers money it cost, we have to get this school/hospital sorted, I will use my own money if we have to.

1. Yes, I have spent vast sums of the taxpayers' money on a decadent lifestyle: champagne, visits to a Texas ranch, croquet sets, lavish homes, petrol guzzling cars - and I've enjoyed every minute!
