Yes, it was a lovely lunch. We may have only been a trio, but what a trio we were. How the time flew and the venue was a great choice.

I also thoroughly enjoyed today. Good company, good food, good weather and a good ride on the bike. It doesn't get much better than that. Thanks also for the goodies.

Hmmm, guide price of £195,000. Not the sort of spare change I have hanging about. Very cute, but why can't they have a few more photos? Talk about lazy estate agents.
