Live off the Land Challenge

I have not read everything on this thread, but I would have serious doubts that you could live off 1 acre of land alone. The bit about keeping sheep alone would mean more land as they have to be moved around. But what the heck if the person wants to give it a go then go for it, but remember that down shifting is not about making money but trying to live without it and all that goes with it surely.
