What an interesting list of comments from people and so varied. It does not say what her income is, but it would seem that the land around belong to her and that of course will incur taxes. Surprised the local council have not seen the threat and tried to stop her from doing what she wishes to do. She of course is on the top end of being a down-shifter and should inspire us all to follow suit.
