Thanks every one for the well wishes it was most appreciated, all went well they had to re-attach the bisep back on and three other muscles on the shoulder but all went well, i got one hell of a scar but the prognosis is excellent, wierdly enough i'm not in much pain but sore. iv'e got to keep it in a sling for three weeks then they will start physio :pale:, jane has been great a real mother hen :lol: came home to a lovely roast dinner :thumbright:, the arm is starting to ache now so i'll catch up later, thanks again and all the best
