Snow...... AGAIN!!!!

We are in South central Scotland, not the Arctic circle but we have heavy snow again here this morning it is lying...

Please tell me winter will end soon.... and send some sunny thoughts

I suppose it's the one benefit of living in London, we miss most of the really adverse weather, it's just kinda grey with a bit of rain this morning. The sun is desperately trying to poke through, but not having too much luck.

You need to sell that hoose and move a bit closer to Glasgow Ann, it's widdled down for the last two days and my garden looks like a swimming pool, but the snow didn't stick.

Pity me. Just returned from a week in the Caribbean (ok so don't pity me then) to cold wet Wiltshire to find that the central heating has gone out and won't be returning home any time soon. And there's another cold spell forecast for Easter.

I have no windows!!!! I mean, actually nothing covering the big holes at the back of the house! The woodburner is on and I am squashed right up beside it.

I have just cleared 4 inches of snow off of the polytunnel (and just regained feeling in my fingers)

I have an idiot builder here who can't seem to remember where his saw is from one second to the next, let alone build a structurally sound house.

I'd quite like a wee holiday thanks

as for selling up...
I think the schedule would read
Very open plan, shabby chic house, with 'rustic appeal' no heating, no running water, no drainage, no floors, no doors, no windows..... Huge garden (with huge stock of firewood waiting to be cut) compost toilet and polytunnel.
