A very happy (slightly belated) Christmas to you both xx
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

Merry Christmas from the north-east of Scotland. We're still here, even if the wind is trying send us in the direction of Sydney!

hi guys,

Thanks for the Christmas wishes. MMM asked how we were and the amswer is.....pretty good! Mrs wombat, myself and the kids are in tolerable good health and still working our way towards being self sufficientish.

I was retrenched in Sept 2010 and after coasting and doing a bit of consulting work the coffers were looking pretty sad in july and I was able to pick up a months work. This has gone on and on and Im still there. They have agreed to let me go part time next year (woo hoo) so we will have a bit more healthy income with time off to do what we want to.

I hope everyone here is well! Love to all and best wishes for the new year!

Hmm, never thought in terms of being in the future..........makes for all sorts of interesting possibilities.
