We have a glut of Discovery apples and as they don't keep we decided to juice them. I'm rather partial to fruit juice, but when I fancy a juice drink I don't want to wait 5 or 6 hours for some to defrost, so bottling seemed best.
I had no idea how to pasteurise the juice, so I Googled it and to my surprise, the 7th hit on the first page was ... viewtopic.php?t=4030
