Boy I smell of smoke, but I got a cold smoker rigged up today!

No I won't use a smiley because I've decided to turn into Boboff, as he's turned all nice all of a sudden. Grumble grumble.

We luckily live in the bottom of a valley with no near neighbors and are surrounded by trees on steep banks.
I used an old Gas woodburner thing and a piece of pipe that used to take the fluff from the Tumble drier outside ( I know I was young!)
It's a work in progress and needs sealing properly but I did some cheddar and it smells lovely.
In a former life I was the accountant at a Salmon Smokery near Bath.
