Secret Santa style seed swap - apply here!
Hi, following an ongoing discussion about a seed box myself and a few other members have decided to do a secret santa style seed swap.
To take part simply make sure you have some spare seeds to send to the person you are allocated, then pm me your address and I will do the rest. You should then recieve some seeds from someone else on the list.
Please make sure I have your address by Friday 28th March when I will draw out everyones names and let everyone know where to send their seeds to.
To ensure that everyone has a pleasurable swap it is suggested that you have at least two varieties of seeds and there are enough for a good harvest ( for example 2 or three tomato plants or 10 of something less fruit bareing like pumpkins/courgettes and enough seeds for a a couple of meals worth of beans or parsnips etc) Also seeds should not be all flowers, most of us like a few but just think about what you would like to recieve.
I hope this makes sence, if not just reply I and will do my best to clarify!
Of course if you have more seeds that you would like to get rid of you could send extra to your recipient or enter more than once! Just tell me how many times you would like your name in there!
Look forward to hearing for you all!!!! Claire

Well, I have joined :)Green Rosie wrote:Can we still join in if we are abroad?
For some people on tight budgets there may be a problem with airmail postage (not sure of the cost in the UK), so perhaps that would need to be checked before giving someone an address abroad. I suppose any non-UK inhabitant should count on having to send overseas.
Only other thing I can think of: I'm not sure if it would be legal to send plant material from Europe to the USA. Actual plants and bulbs need a certificate, to my knowledge.

Hi Rosie. I have quite a few seeds , mostly veg, and enough for the secret swap and a straight swap, so if you want, pm me and you can either choose what you want or I can send you some surprise seeds.
