Impossible pie

hmmmm well the basis of this series is recipe swapping and the lads talking to families who have recipes passed down the generations :flower:

Well I finally got around to trying this and I have to say (in my bestest, poshest voice) "Ooh yes!"

I did a savoury version, so cut out the sugar, coconut and vanilla, and added cheddar cheese, fresh chives and freshly ground black pepper. After whizzing it up I poured it onto a layer of fresh mushrooms. *Putting the posh voice on again* - "it was very nice indeed"
