I was originally going to post this in the herbs and vegetable forum but then it dawned on me that uses for a strawberry planter doesn't necessarily mean growing plants so here goes:
I have a large strawberry planter that I acquired from mum. I already have wild strawberries in hanging baskets so don't need any more.
My original idea for growing herbs in it was scuppered by the very knowledgeable people on here who made me realise that it wasn't such a good idea to clump lots of different herbs together, and that might eventually grow into bushes anyway and so be too big for it.
Can anyone help me with other ideas - it seems a shame for it to sit there empty...? Can I grow anything else in it? (I only plant what I can eat!) Are there any other uses besides planting?
