Thought it would be nice to let you lot know what is going on and any future plans etc.

Drag the bar to about 80% and see if it will start from there.

Have just left Andy at the train station in Aberdeen - I can't believe how many swear words I uttered when we got lost in the centre of Aberdeen :oops: :oops: It is a shame that he couldn't stay longer but hopefully he'll be back next year.

It was a real pleasure having him here - we had a great time last night, beer for the boys and wine for me and a good old chat.

I've just cycled from John o' Groats to Land's End so I know how hearty food and a comfy bed are essential at the end of a hard day's pedalling. If you ever venture this way (Cornwall) we will put you up in Porthtowan! :wink:
