This morning......
.....I have made bread,
done washing,
chopped wood,
rended goose fat,
made bacon (no rude comments please ),
continued my friendship cake
and done a stint of modding here. Whew.
OK - so the dough is my 5 minute bread, the washing's in the machine, I chopped 3 "slices" into logs on the smart splitter (little effort really), the bacon only needed draining and re-salting, and I only needed to add some bits and stir the cake mix.
But it sounded good, didn't it!

Re: This morning......
Good, you can take over trying to sort out the friendship cake problems then!
I've done bugger all apart from donning waterproof everythings to go out and see to the ducks and chooks. Oh and taking photos for my new avatar.

Re: This morning......
So far today I have been awake at 5am when for some reason our livingroom stereo set itself off full blast.
then again at 7 when sophie got up.
i spent an hour in the bathroom helping out a constipated 4 year old (no, no idea why she was, but it's out now).
took her to school
sat in on her school session as a visitor
came home
fell asleep for an hour
got up, wolfed down a ham and pickle sarnie, took her to the church play club.
had cup of tea an custard cream, watched kids play, chatted with mums
walked home with intention of going on the wii fit....
discovered james had decided to play a different wii game and so i decided to go on here lol.

....made peanut butter soup for lunch (to go with new bread),
ate cake,
found candles because we had a two minute power cut (shade of things to come )
played bubble shooter
and spider solitaire (during power cut)
and I'm now trying to work out what to have with spuds roasted in goose fat ( haven't got past spuds roasted in goose fat yet )

Oh friendship cake is a nice idea - I like that!
Peanut butter soup? Now what is that?
I'm jealous of all your lovely activities. I've just got up, gone to work, sat at desk eating sandwich (pounding down outside so no lunchtime walk) sat at desk doing work, but 40 mins and

Re: This morning......
This year three of the grandchildren are having their last of the childhood parties - on boy (21) and his sister (18) are having a joint do to save money and the next one down is 18 three months later. I've decided to do scrap books about the year of their births for them. Lots of information so far over the last 24 hours from the interweb thingy but it's going to be hard work making it all look good. Presentation is all. But with the weather being so darned wet and getting out onto the allotment hardly possible, I might as well crack the back of it now so that it doesn't interfere with the summer.

Looks good MMM, but I been waiting and pawing the ground in the expectations of seeing a fully loaded pair jeans, Oh well maybe just as well, as I am not sure the old ticker could have taken all the excitement.

Re: This morning......
Today I got up at 10am (trust me that's good for me as I have insomnia)
Ate a healthy breakfast
Fell asleep for about two hours
OH went out so I got on with my knitting
Fell asleep again until the phone woke me up
Ate the rather wonderful Fish and Chips OH brought home from St Just
Came upstairs with every intention of sorting out my hundreds of cross stitch patterns on the PC and
... thought stuff it and came on here instead :D
The falling asleep is because I started on new anti-depressants yesterday and they are the horribly sleepy type for a couple of weeks until they settle down... booooo!!!
Other than that I've drank lots of tea
