best prices / delivery bokashi bran ?

Post: # 206260Post deb13b »

I need to buy some bokashi bran, however at the minute I am very short of money. Well, I'm always short of money, just more so now. :(
So, I haven't got much to spend, but my bran is almost all gone. I know it's better to buy in bulk but I really can't afford it at the minute. I've been googling different sites but they either have cheap bran but expensive delivery or free delivery but big expensive bags. Is there anywhere you guys can recommend ? I've thought about making my own, but not sure, plus I think you have to leave it for a while before you use it.

Our last supply came from the company that does the cheap compost bins for the Scottish waste reduction campaign. Don't know if there's a similar scheme in England but it might be worth looking into.

You can make your own bran as well, made using the liquid EMs, but it looked a bit complicated so I've not had a go yet.
