1 x blackberry jam wine
1 x apple and raspberry wurzel

wurzel is a quick and easy ready to drink in 3 weeks wine
recipe

2 lts fruit juice
1 lt grape juice
1 kg sugar
1 tsp yeast

supermarket juice is around 60p a litre

Now I find out!!! I've been making and drinking wurzel for years.

PBF - dissolve sugar in a bit of water, stick all the ingredients in a demijohn, add sugary liquid, top up to a gallon with water, add yeast. Simples!

I just checked what I made the last lot with and it turns out to be apple and raspberry. Such is life. Oh - check the juice contents. Some have artificial sweeteners. It all still works, but it's never going to taste absolutely dry.

I started on yesterday using homemade grapefruit cordial syrup and a few mint tea bags (sans paper - cut open and emptied)

I've just put on:
1 X Orange Wurzel (with less juice but more sugar than the recipe above)
1 X Ribena Wine

This'll be my first time for both of these, so fingers crossed!

i x gallon of rhubarb,
1 x gallon of blackberry,
2 X gallons of marrow run,
The blackberry needs bottling & the rest needs racking, should get on 'n' do it tomorrow : :cooldude:
i am also sat at the computer drinking my own pear cider : :drunken:

Enjoy your drink. I am currently waiting for the kids to go to bed so I can get my wine out.
I will be drinking apple wine tonight.

I have not made rosehip wine for years but as i remember it was one of the best i have ever made but needs to mature for at least 3 months :icon_smile: :icon_smile: :icon_smile:
