Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

Re: Remoska cooking
Hi I have had a standard Remoska for ages, and find it cuts fuel bills in half! I have never myself made a cake but a Polish friend said she used it in Poland to make Apple Cake all the time.
I have used it only so far for savoury things, Roast chicken, mince, etc, I find that in fact some things cook faster than an ordinary oven.
I will be interested to see how your cakes go.
Oh one thing that does do well are those cheats frozen Yorkshire Puds - ready in 4 mins and nice and crisp.as I am single I can fit a piece of chicken, some roast spuds and a couple of Puds (i add these whilst the chicken is out and resting), and hey presto I have a meal.
Happy Cooking!
