frumpy dress?
frumpy dress?
I rescued some curtains from the neighbours and decided to make a wrap around dress from them, this is what I've come up with so far, but I'm not sure if it looks frumpy! It's only pinned together at the moment so I can still make adjustments if necessary.

I'm only 5ft, Mike- need to make sure I don't get mistaken for a hessian sack of spuds!
But in all seriousness, phew...glad you don't think so, first thing I've made and didn't fancy messing too much, I guess I'll get sewing (by hand, I've been traumatised by that bloody machine ) I'll post pictures when it's done! Thanks xxx

No I won't use a smiley because I've decided to turn into Boboff, as he's turned all nice all of a sudden. Grumble grumble.

Lovely. You would pay a fortune for one just like it in GAP at the moment. I love the fabric too.

I'm going to sound like some raving Gok kind of person, I know - but those are classic lines. Accessorise that (whew - I love it ) and you have an outfit which competes with the best. Stop overthinking it.

EDIT: In fact, play some gentle stuff on that keyboard I can see, and you'll come to the same conclusion . You need a dart or two in the top, which needs to be a bit smoother, and Bob's your uncle. Unless he's your partner. Or even if you want Bob to be your partner. What am I saying?
