Just read an article about this company in the paper and found it interesting - it kind of implied that all their stuff on offer was gathered in the wild from spaces that had never been cultivated... I immediately thought, this might be something for SSishers to deliver their surplus to! (We, of course, would never buy such stuff...)
Well, have a look for yourself. I'm quite disappointed in what it really is. However, they do sell dried wild garlic from Scotland - £4.99 for 10g!!!!!

ooh... perhaps it's time for some more foraging. Could sell it at half the price and still make a fortune.
Interesting duck legs in confit... TINNED... really wild.
Interesting site though - good info on it but expensive... bandwagon!
I once had a site that I looked at that had edible plants... everything on the site was edible... I would like a garden that was entirely edible, including the flowers and ornamentals... don't think it's pfaf but that's a good site too.

Wow it make you realise how much you can save just by going on a woodland walk at the right time. I am definetly going to dry out some more shrooms this year when I find some.
