Of course we could really mess with their heads and point out that all that blizing in liquidisers has quite a few of the attributes of cooking, denaturing cell walls, softening fibres and even potentially killing off precious enzymes. If they're going to do it, they should do it properly and just tuck into a moutain of unwashed veg. The dirt might just contain enough B12, if they're really lucky.
