101 Things I Wish some-one would invent...

101 Uses For is popular and let's hope it stays that way. Our second book is presently called 101 tips for self sufficiency; we will certainly dip into this section for ideas. So post away and let's try and get at least one thread up to 101.

101 Things I Wish some-one would invent...

Post: # 263185Post MuddyWitch »

Leaving aside the Star Trek style replicator & the Tomorrow People's jaunting belt (yep, I AM that old  ) there are a couple of things I long for, I'm sure ISHers will come up with more.

1)A drawer for washing machines that is streamlined & EASY to clean WITHOUT ripping my hands to bits!

2)An electric ride on mower. If milk floats can be quiet why can't my local council's mowers if they must use the at stupid oclock in the morning?

over to you...

3) Sprinkler heads that work properly and last at least 5 years.
4) A kinder, gentler rooster.
What if you're wrong? What if there's more? What if there's hope you never dreamed of hoping for?

How about the following:

A perpetual motion machine.
An effective slug defense system.
An effective device to prevent cold callers, spam and other things I hadn't requested.
Has anyone seen the plot, I seem to have lost mine?

You mean those Richard Heads who insist on wearing Lycra and riding two a breast chatting way on country lanes making it impossible to pass safely?

Put your money on perpetual motion. It's by far the most likely.
