Hello!
I'm Clare, I'm 28 and Mama to three home educated girls. I have been into urban self sufficiency since having my first child (I got all Eco-conscious when considering her future!).
We have a small back garden but manage to produce lots of our own fruit, we have an apple tree, a cherry tree and fruit bushes. We also have four chickens and I am planning on building a couple of top bar hives this autumn and getting bees next year. I am pretty hopeless at growing veg though! I would love an allotment, but all of the waiting lists in my area are closed!
I love foraging too, we have an amazing place for it right on the doorstep and we love our forest school sessions at a local community allotment too.
Clare

Hi there and welcome
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

Re: Hello from Liverpool!
Welcome! Lots of advice about growing veg here (I've been grateful for the benefit of people's experience, which they have shared very generously).
