Re: site issue
Well I've just told a person called Boboff on Twitter that he's wanted over on Ish.... might be the wrong person, but he is following Ish on twitter so I hope I got the right Boboff!

No I won't use a smiley because I've decided to turn into Boboff, as he's turned all nice all of a sudden. Grumble grumble.

Yep...If you can remember the 70's, you weren't there.......
Re: site issue
You're right OJ, I'm pretty sure I slept through all of the 70's, that's the only explanation I can think of.
Now the 60's ......
Now the 60's ......

Ah yes - the 60s. Towards the end of that decade I began to put denim gussets in the legs of my cords. 1969 was my first long hair and beard year. After that I remember very little.

Towards the end of that decade was the death knell for my fun days, I got married in 1969MKG wrote:Ah yes - the 60s. Towards the end of that decade I began to put denim gussets in the legs of my cords
That's probably why I have little recollection of the 70's, I was far too busy earning enough money to pay a mortgage, and support a wife and family. In those days of course working mothers were relatively unheard of.
Doesn't seem that long ago, but OH insists it's our 45th wedding anniversary this September.

I love you boys. You make me feel young. (And that doesn't happen very often. )
The end of the 70s was pretty good - as was the 80s, 90s 00s ...... and it's even better now, because I'm not too busy working or partying etc and I can potter in my garden.
Bliss.
