Hello, It has been a couple of years but I have become nostalgic for Ish. The internet is a strange place without it. Trying to 'Ish' things up again. I need to stop my hens freeranging so I can grow so veg! Expecting baby #4 later this year! Any familiar faces about?

Hello all! I spent today chasing the hens to clip their wings and get them into a pen, they have been freeranging and kicking all the soul out of the garden beds. It was fun and dramatic with much falling into rose bushes. Hopefully we will get more eggs as they eat the higher protein food instead of forage. Except of course it is Autumn here now. We will see how they go!
