If I nip all that way I'll need more than cake and scones, Flo. A bed and possibly a ventilator might be needed too.

Hmm, at times when we have no broadband, phone or electricity I might agree with you, Flo. Fortunately that's extremely rare! On the upside we don't get flooded.

Maybe we both need to be somewhere in the middle. Around Stirling (ish)? Nah, too cold.

I've often thought that Orkney would be good. Kirkwall appeals. Likewise the Shetlands. See - sensible not!

You like it windy then. Oh, and wet. And dark.

Pretty much like here really. Maybe we should just swap.

I'm still pulling a few last items off the allotment (brussels and leeks nearly finished, some PSB and the savoy cabbages which are pathetic). I'm also pulling out the last of the good cooking apples from the allotment store and bringing them home to cook and put in the freezer to make them last a bit longer - won't use up every one but can still get a good few used.

Trouble is that boredom with not being able to get out to do things on the allotment has seen me eat out a couple of times a week so the food stores are still high. Haven't really got them down since August. Well not to empty shelves even with only one Suma order which was mostly cleaning and one small order from the supermarket in November.
