got feed back on kettle save energy thingy

Thank you for your e-mail regarding the waste of electricity caused when people overfill their kettles to make a cup or pot of tea.

You make a very valid point which we would like to pass onto our consumers so that we can all make a difference to help the environment when putting the kettle on. I will pass on your great idea and your contact details to our design team as an idea for future packaging ideas.

If you go to this page of the Redbush tea website and fill in a form you will get a free sample of Redbush tea (very nice), and if you leave a comment you will be entered into a draw to win a rather spiffy looking teapot. Of course, for my comment I requested that they add advice to their packaging asking people to only boil the amount of water that they need.
