Well we have been enquiring about allotments with our local council and are just being sent the tennancy agreement in the post today.
Is there anything I should look for (i.e. to double check) in the tennancy agreement and do you have any tips for a lottie newbie?
Thanks peeps!

They are pretty standard generally, might have stuff about getting permission to put up a shed or plant trees etc. Each of them are different though and if you have an allotment rep then they will be the best person to ask.
First we sow the seeds, nature grows the seeds then we eat the seeds. Neil Pye

new plot
Just a little tip, check for security before you leave your things there. Ask about, ask neighbouring plotholders. Do the usual soil tests and see if there is a notice board or trade hut(both essential)
