Hi all

I have lurked for quite a while and have found lots of answers to questions that I did not have to ask.

I live in West Lothian Scotland, I have 2 small cottages that we have knocked together and are slowly doing up. I have a grand garden, quite a few veggies in but we have a short growing season here. hopefully going for a pollytunnel when we have the funds. I left my job resently to go freelance and spend more time with my kids, My wife is a Medical herbalist and we have twins, Kai and Clara who are almost 4 and are a great help in the garden.

great place you have here.

Hi John, and welcome from another Scot (well, a voluntary one, anyway...)

Tell me about short growing season... A polytunnel really is a great addition to any garden here!

Good that you have come out of lurkdom and started posting. Seems to be a general trend with a lot of our members.

As a twin myself I wonder what it is like as a parent, do they keep each other entertained a lot of the time?

yes they do keep each other entertained, they are best mates and dont really fight that often, maybe that is the boy/girl dynamic. They also teach each other things, so they learn double quick. just so long has they have a spade each they are great
