If we know of events that would help promote your book maybe you should suggest them to your publishers?

There is an Essex Book Festival but I think it is in March - too early for you I think. Maybe you could get the publisher to pay for you to go to the Big Green Gathering?

My friend who is a journalist on the local paper did an interview with Tracey Smith when she was promoting downshifting week. If you are coming this way I could talk to her again?

Now that the book's real enough to be ordered in a bookshop, have you planned a book signing tour? If so can you let me know if you'll be anywhere in Hampshire, Surrey or London as I'd like to go.

Shetland sometimes has a bookfestival - now that would be an addition to your tour: the most northerly festival in the UK!
