Any issues with what nappies to buy, home schooling etc. In fact if you have kids or are planning to this is the section for you.

Online baby shop for Europe?

Post: # 90941Post Nikki »

As I'm no longer in the UK, I'm missing the availability of some products. Does anyone know of a green baby store that ships Europe wide? My searching isn't fairing well at all.

What kind of things are you looking for? or is it just browsing for bits and pieces???

I am sure that some of the smaller stores on Ebay will be willing to ship abroad, if you ask nicely.

We have had really good customer service from Babysmart - but it is not a 'green' shop, it sells all the buggies and carseats - their CS was so good, I am sure they would sort delivery for you.

We also have quite a few things from green baby they have a store in London and I think they might ship abroad if you ask... worth a go.

I just checked and Green baby do ship world wide... but for a small fortune - the shipping details are at the bottom of their main page.

Hi Ann,

Yeah, I had checked green baby and it's very expensive isn't it, certainly more so than other shipping I've had from UK.

I'm definitely after green items - organic, etc. Just all sorts really, eco nappies, nappy liners, maternity bras, bathing bits and bobs.......

Natural collection also do oversea deliveries... not quite as pricey as Green baby

To be honest I have yet to find a well priced organic/ eco baby shop... they just all seem to be exspensive, we only buy the occasional bits and pieces... relying on hand-me-downs (clothes, bedding and furnature) for a eco-friendly alternative to buying new organic goods.

I occasionally order stuff from a company in Germany - I often find that their products are cheaper than similar things here. They do deliver abroad; problem is, their website is in German - is that any good to you? It's not just baby items; they specialise in wool, but also do all the nappy thingies.

Have a look, anyway:

Well, I don't speak a word of German, but I can give it a go with an online translator, lol.

I also picked out (for anyone else who might be interested):
spirit of nature
piccalilly
Nigel's Eco Store
eco baby

They are always good for a laugh - you'd be better off just to rely on the pictures! If you find one (picture, I mean) of something you think might come in useful, and find the price interesting, you can always ask me...

Dont know how much green / eco baby stuff they have, but Amazon deliver free to Europe if you spend more than £25. Not through their marketplace shops tho. But maybe worth a look?
