I want to grow Blueberries. Any HELP, Please

I have an allotment in West Yorks and the soil is poor (I am going to dig in manure in the Autumn). I want to grow Blueberries and would be grateful for any advice. By the way I would like to keep the cost to a minimum. :flower:
