Yes get rid of spam its very fatty and we don't want that here thankyou  .

I've just weighed myself and it's good news. 5lb down this week   .

I'm surprised actually because I had 4 really good days where I stuck to my Slimming world diet but then it went down hill rapidly ( as it often does) and last night ended up with half a Terry's chocolate orange, half a packet of biscuits AND nasty fried chicken

I might have lost more if it wasn't for the last 3 days but, I shall persevere and hopefully have more good days this week. Sometimes I find my hand has already put food in my mouth before I have even registered that I was looking for food. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

OH's birthday weekend, so I really over indulged.
Now I have Man flu, and ache to much to walk let alone exercise.
Still if I maintain a healthy eating plan I hope that the 3 week mark, this coming monday will see me at least down 6lb, which is my target.

fingers crossed.

No I won't use a smiley because I've decided to turn into Boboff, as he's turned all nice all of a sudden. Grumble grumble.

Well done Keeniebean!
Hope you're feeling better soon Bob

I weighed myself this morning and couldn't believe my eyes - I've lost 4lb this week - that said it has been a bit of a stressful week and I felt so yuky yesterday I hardly ate anything. :( So in total I've lost over 1/2 stone - not that it can really be seen - but I certainly feel better for it!

Thank you I am feeling better today.

I try and get on with things and not take pills if I can help it, Halls Menthoyptus and Fishermans Friends excepted.

Still, it's a 6 month plan, and I am sure I will feel better in that time!

Bring on the Spring!
