I dried a batch of cherries in my dehydrator one year - unfortunately they were so delicious we ate them all in a week. Didn't really work out so well for long term food storage

Just picked my first batch yesterday, we ate some and turned the rest into a crumble, very tasty!
We are going to pick loads this weekend, morello and 2 trees with an eating variety (not sure which, large, some 2 inches across most about 1-1 and a half inches, sweet fruit with plum colour and texture inside).
