These are really cool. I've heard about someone nearby who has converted 2 old washing machines into a still for making grappa, and I'm itching to go round and see how he's done it.
It's always nice to see so-called 'white goods' being reused.

I have a constantly breaking down machine and have had two new drums fitted in the last two years. They truly are a thing of beauty aren't they?
We use ours as a little outdoor burner in the garden.
And the youngest uses the other one as a (lethal) merry go round!
