Thanks Jim,

I realy beleave in this idea even though it wasnt mine, The waiting list for lottys in manchester is 500 people, all wanting a bit of space to grow a bit of veg, well bits of land are something in plentyfull supply, because they are only garden size they have escaped the developers :pukeleft: But they do cause the land loard and residents many headache's so i will do everything i can to make this happen. I ran a residents association for 6 years so campaigning for my community is something i have become very sucsessfull at.

It helps that i am somewhat stubbern ( when i am in the right, wich is most of the time  ) and i have a determind streek a mile wide, if this is done properly everyone will proffit.

Just thought i would let you all know how it is going.

I have spent the day getting soked to my skin up to my knees in mud lurking round my estate with a now very soggy map.

I have found 12 abandoed gardens that have access from ally ways, good eh!

I had a chat with a few of the garden abandonening residents who are now keen on the idea so i think it best to start off with there plots first and see how it goes.

It is all very exciting!!!!

Eve
