Ah it's just sloe gin with plums & brandy! 1lb plums, 1lb sugar, 1 pint brandy- leave it for a few months and decant.
Makes lovely chirstmas pressies along with blackberry gin and Rhubarb schnapps

I have to say it's not that good at quenching your thirst.... kinda makes you MORE thirsty
