shiney !! That would be great... There is a vegan food festival on in Bristol on the saturday (10th June)... not sure whether that is everyone's cup of tea though... but it's something happening and a place to meet, and I think it's free!! I'm not vegan... or even vegetarian... but hey!!

I've got to go to Manchester on the bank holiday weekend... and will probably stay a week. Was thinking of getting some stuff from the wholesaler in Bristol while down there...
