I couldn't make head nor tail of it!

But I'm glad you're over the cystitis pbf
It's even worse if you do what I did and start on page two. Talk about confused. So, are knitted christmas trees a cure for cystitis or do they cause it?

Erm, is this the roger irrelevant thread?

I hate to drag everyone away from cystitis and musings on the nature of normality, but rather tragically I've become really interested in the knitted christmas tree. I think one would look really cool, especially if you made a big long cone out of some kind of novelty/ chunky wool, and stuffed it firmly, with perhaps a big star on top. It would look like an ironic postmodern christmas tree! It would be great! But then again I was considering knitting a lampshade earlier, so perhaps I just need a nice cup of tea and an early night...

Slinking away now. Please feel free to resume normal service

I just had to look at that link  but they are really quite clever and make those bog standard paper lanterns look at lot more interesting!

having put my thumb through two lanterns that would be great - if I were a good enough knit
The cone idea sounds brilliant
I'm currently planning a felt door wreath, because if I dye, spin and knit it all first it'll be April before it's done

So you want to get a big furry cone and stuff it with a big star (Brad Pitt perhaps?) Erm, can we go back to discussing cystitis please, this is getting kinky.
