Does the quality of the eggs get affected if you freeze them and then use them in baking????
to freeze, just beat the eggs and put in a box and freeze
when they thaw.. they look terrible.. but carry on anyway and it seems to work out just fine. lovely cakesand quiches.. still better than shop eggs
